Description
Verifies all patch packages are installed with supported patch technology and then verifies all files are stock or modified by working aupt technology

2.1.0: Updated for AUPT-4 patch technology. There is no need to remove AUPT-3 patches, but AUPT-4 is the latest version of the patching infrastructure and the patches on your device should be automatically upgraded to it at the next webOS update.
